The Governor of Osun State, Gboyega Oyetola yesterday vowed that the State will deliver one million votes for the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2023 general election.
Speaking when he paid a visit to the APC national Secretariat, Oyetola said also that the political stakeholders in the state have kicked off the campaign, adding that it started with a solidarity walk through the State.
“We started the campaign sometime last week, we had solidarity walks throughout the state, we covered 11 km. The turnout was so massive. Osun has always been a state for the progressive. So, there is nothing to worry about. I can assure you, we will deliver nothing less than 1 million votes for Asiwaju”, he said.
Also responding to the governorship election litigation at the tribunal, Governor Oyetola said “I don’t have any fear. I have faith in almighty God. I will reclaim my mandate”.
