The former Jigawa state governor and also a chieftain of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Sule Lamido lambasted former president Olusegun Obasanjo for the endorsement of Peter Obi as his presidential candidate.

Lamido made the statement shortly after receiving his two term running deputy governor Alhaji Ahmed Mahmud Gumel in Bamaina area of Jigawa state.

He described Obasanjo’s action as irrational decision adding that, it is PDP that made Obasanjo what he is today not Peter Obi or any other political party.

“It is so sad after PDP give Obasanjo chances to serve for eight years as President and today you endorsed someone else from other party as your candidate, this is so sad” Lamido said.
