…to hold annual hunting festival on Boxing Day

The traditional ruler, the Ohi – Emani of Emani in Toto Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, Alhaji Hussaini Kyafi, has commended Gov. Abdullahi Sule for appointing one of their own, Alhaji Usman Adams as Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to Governor Abdullahi Sule on investment.
The commendation by Ohi – Emani of Emani was made in a statement signed by Mr Sam Israel in Lafia.
According to the statement, the traditional ruler applauded the Governor for the appointment, describing Governor Sule as a messiah whose leadership has not only placed the State as one of the leading States in Nigeria
He said: “ but has made it an investment destination for several international organizations.”
The statement also enjoined the appointee to work hard to justify the position having served in various agencies of Government.
“Including being a one time Director General, Nasarawa State Pension Board among others.”
In another development, the Shafa Abakpa Community is to hold this year’s Elewha Cultural and Hunting Festival on Monday, 26th December, 2023.
The statement added that the annual festival will showcase the rich cultural and hunting expedition of the Egbira people.
