APC withdraws anti-party charges against ex-Kogi Assembly Minority Leader, Afolabi

The ruling All Progressive Congress, (APC), has withdrawn the charges of anti-party activities against former Minority Leader, Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon Yori Afolabi.
This was contained in a terse statement signed by the Chairman of APC, Iyah/Ayeh Ward under Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State, Hon Komolafe Kayode Idowu.
It could be recalled that Afolabi, a member of the APC in Ijumu, was suspended from the party on March 8, 2023.
The one-page withdrawal letter reads in part, “Sequel to the letter of suspension of Hon Yori Afolabi from the party, dated March 8, 2023, the underlisted Iyah Gbede Ward excos of APC hereby withdraw and drop all charges against him for peaceful community settlement
