A retired Judge of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court of Justice, Hon. Justice Mwada Balami as well as the Chief Executive Officer of Jibeco Group of Companies, who is also the Onwa of Okoh, Chief Sir James Okwuibe (JP) have urged the Christians across the country to live in peace, as a retired staff of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN), Bishop Dr. Chinyere D. Ilochi celebrated Thanksgiving.
Both justice Balami and Onwa stated this while speaking to newsmen separately at the Triple Thanksgiving of I am that I am Bible Ministry incorporated which was held in Gwagwalada on Sunday.
Balami, who was the Father of the Day at the Occasion described Christians to be Peaceful people anywhere they live, and urged them not to rush life.
Chief James Okwuibe, who was also the Chairman of the Thanksgiving ceremony, advised the Christians to continue to love themselves for the sake of peace and togetherness.
Also speaking, the host of the occasion, Bishop Dr. Chinyere D. Ilochi, who is the founder of I am that I am Bible Ministry Incorporated, disclosed that triple Thanksgiving services focused on Annual Thanksgiving and her retirement from FRCN/Birthday.
She then pleaded with the Christians all over the World to deem it necessary to do the right things at the right time, and thanked God for keeping her alive at the age of 60years.
She, therefore, used the occasion to appeal to the Federal Government to provide jobs for the youths roaming about in the streets, while frowning at the corruption which had eaten deep into the fabric of our nation.
Commenting on the security challenges facing the country, Bishop Ilochi charged the governments at all levels to do everything possible to arrest the problems of banditry, Boko Haram and Kidnapping, so as to enable the famers to go to their farms during cropping season.
The founder of I am that I am Bible Ministry, however, called for regulation of the Federal Lawmakers for the sake of the nation’s resources.
