The National Chairman of the Action Alliance (AA) Party, Hon Adekunle Rufai Omoaje, has been crowned the Aare Bobagunwa of Isolo in Akure South Local Government Area of Ondo State.
This was contained in a statement made available to the media in Kaduna yesterday.
The statement stated that the Osolo of Isolo, Oba Edward Adewole, who performed the traditional rites, said the kindness, generosity, and good gesture of Omoaje had earned him the chieftaincy title.
He disclosed that the A. A National Chairman was selected among many individuals and considered for the honor due to his steadfastness and courage, which he displayed in all the positions he occupied.
Oba Adewole opined that the new Aare Bobagunwa of Isolo stands out among Politicians in the country.
The Monarch urged Omoaje to continue with his good deeds to mankind, stressing the need for him to contribute his quota to the development of Isolo and the State.
He also encouraged the people to emulate the good virtues of Omoaje and place the people above themselves whenever they have the opportunity to serve.
Adekunle Omoaje who appreciated the Osolo and the people of the town, promised not to undermine the confidence reposed in him by the monarch and the people of Isolo.
Present at the ceremony which took place at the Palace of the Oba, were prominent members of the Action Alliance as well as politicians from different political parties.
