Gadam Community Development Association (GACDA) in Kwami Local Government Area of Gombe state has donated a brand new operational Toyota Hilux vehicle to Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Gombe state Command to combat crime in the area.

This was contained in a press signed by the Command Public Relations Officer SC Buhari Saad and made available to Journalists in Gombe on Wednesday.

He said the donation was aimed at securing lives and property within Gadam town in Kwami Local Government Area.

According to the statement, the ceremony was held at Gadam skill acquisition centre.

Also, the  chairman of Kwami Local Government Area Council alongside the chairman of Gadam community development association Alh. Haruna G. Mamuda presented the vehicle to the chairman of Kwami Local Government Dr Ahmed Wali Doho who later handed over the vehicle to  the Area Commander Gombe North, ACC Vue Moses.

Gombe state Commandant of the  Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps Mr. Gyama Gyawiya who was represented by the Deputy Commandant  Abubakar Y. Muri  expressed his gratitude to GACDA for the donation.
