African Youth Congress appoints Musa as Advisory Board Chairman

The West African Youth Congress (WAYC) has appointed Dr. Emmanuel N. Musa, President of the EMNAMU Foundation, as the new Chairman of its Advisory Board.

The appointment in a press statement issued to journalists in Kaduna on Saturday followed a unanimous vote by delegates from 16 West African countries during the West Africa Youth and Stakeholders Engagement Summit held in December, last year.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to youth development, Dr. Musa was also honored with the Humanitarian Youth of the Year 2024 award.

The nomination letter was officially presented to him on Friday, February 28, 2025, by Comrade Mohammed Ahmed Marafa, the Secretary-General, and other Executives of the Council in his Abuja office for the award presentation ceremony.

As President of the EMNAMU Foundation, Dr. Musa has spearheaded initiatives focused on education, vocational training, and youth advocacy, transforming the lives of young people across Nigeria and West Africa.
