In another pained experience which is encased by massive defections from the ruling PDP in Zamfara State, a serving member State House of Assembly representing Maradun II, hon. Maharazu Sslisu, dumped his party PDP for APC in the state.
In his declaration for exit from the PDP on Tuesday at the Zamfara State headquarters of APC, the defector, Maharazu, said he was compelled to defect by his constituents who lamented they have been neglected by the government of PDP with the record of zero percent of development projects across the constituency and the local government in general.
“My esteemed people across my constituency, whom I represent at the State House of Assembly, are my political elbows, they summoned me and explained that the ruling PDP has woefully failed to fulfill all the campaign promises made by Governor Dauda Lawal.”
