The All Progressives Congress (APC) North-West Zone has called on party members in Zamfara State to avoid public confrontations and instead resolve their grievances through the party’s internal mechanisms.
In a statement issued by the Zonal Publicity Secretary, Musa Mailafiya Mada, the zone urged members to refrain from taking internal matters to the media, stressing that the party’s complaint and reconciliation procedures—through state, zonal, or national offices—remain the proper channels for addressing disputes.
“The APC is one family. Disagreements are normal, but they should be handled with maturity and through the proper party structures,” Mada said.
He appealed for calm and urged senior party leaders to help mediate lingering issues in Zamfara, noting that public airing of internal disagreements only weakens the party’s collective strength.
Mada reaffirmed the zonal leadership’s commitment to fairness, discipline, and dialogue, while also commending President Bola Tinubu’s leadership and urging members to unite in sustaining the party’s progress across the North-West.
