President Tinubu congratulates Sen. Wamakko on Sallah celebration

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has sent a personally signed Sallah message to Sen. Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, representing Sokoto North Senatorial District, describing him as a friend and close political associate.
This was contained in a statement signed by Bashar Abubakar, Special Assistant, Media and Publicity to Sen. Wamakko and issued to newsmen on Sunday night in Sokoto.
The message, delivered through the president’s special Advisor on Media and Public Communication, Mr Sunday Dare, highlighted the significance of Ramadan as a period of reflection, sacrifice, and unity.
President Tinubu also presented a compendium on the Renewed Hope Initiative, outlining key policies and programmes of the Federal Government aimed at improving the lives of Nigerians.
In his response, Sen. Wamakko expressed appreciation to the President for the honour and goodwill, and pledged continued support and collaboration towards advancing national development.
