AKH-TRACADA commends Tinubu, security operatives for successful rescue of Oriire kidnap victims

Anti – kidnapping, Human Trafficking, Child Abuse and Drugs Abuse Initiative (AKH – TRACADA) a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and security operatives for the successful rescue of teachers and pupils abducted in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State.

This was contained in a press statement released in Abuja Saturday signed by AKH-TRACADA’s Founder and National Coordinator, Primate Belonwu Ezeanyaeche.

Ezeanyaeche in the statement warmly commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his support and the gallant security operatives for their professionalism, courage, and unwavering commitment in the successful rescue of the kidnapped victims.

He noted that action shows Tinubu’s commitment in protecting Nigerians and dedication of the security agencies to safeguarding lives and protecting communities from criminal elements, stating that their coordinated efforts, resilience, and sacrifice deserve the appreciation of all well-meaning citizens.

According to the statement, “We warmly commend President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and our gallant security operatives for their professionalism, courage, and unwavering commitment in the successful rescue of the kidnapped victims.

“This operation reflects the dedication of our security agencies to safeguarding lives and protecting communities from criminal elements. Their coordinated efforts, resilience, and sacrifice deserve the appreciation of all well-meaning citizens.

“We are deeply relieved that the victims have regained their freedom and extend our heartfelt sympathy to them and their families for the distress and trauma they endured during their ordeal. We hope they receive the necessary care and support as they recover.

“While celebrating this successful rescue, we recognize that the fight against kidnapping and other violent crimes remains a collective responsibility. We encourage members of the public to continue supporting the President and security agencies by providing credible and timely information that can help prevent crime and facilitate swift responses.

“We also urge the relevant authorities to ensure that those responsible for this criminal act are apprehended and brought to justice in accordance with the law. Sustained efforts to dismantle criminal networks will further strengthen public confidence and enhance the safety of our communities.

“Once again, we salute the bravery and dedication of the security operatives whose swift intervention made this rescue possible. We remain committed to supporting initiatives that promote peace, security, and the protection of every citizen” the statement concluded.
