The Nigerian youngsters were in complete control throughout the encounter, overpowering their North African opponents with set scores of 25-8, 25-14 and 25-16 to continue their unbeaten run in the competition.

The emphatic victory underlined Nigeria’s growing title credentials after an impressive group-stage campaign that saw them finish top of Pool A ahead of hosts Egypt, Burundi and Morocco.
