2015: Security is APC top priority, says Buhari

Former Head of State and Chieftain of All Progressive Congress (APC), General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) has said one of the party’s cardinal objectives is to ensure that lives and property of every Nigerians are secured.

He said, unlike what is being obtained in some part of northeast states where security is deteriorating under the reign of PDP, his party would not compromise the safety of the people, if voted in the forthcoming elections.

Buhari spoke in Sokoto, yesterday during his one-day visit to the state to inaugurate N1.12 billion projects executed by the state governor, Alhaji Aliyu Magatakarada Wamakko’s administration. “The number of soldier deployed during elections in Ekiti and Osun states are enough to rescue our schoolgirls that still in the captivity.”

He said that the ruling PDP -led government should be blamed for the nation’s insecurity woe.

The former Head of State also explained that only APC led government is capable of puttinga halt on the prevailing security challenges in the country and urged Nigerians to embrace the wind of change.

“We want all Nigerians to sleep with their two eyes and to be secured, that is APC most priority if voted in 2015.”
