Super Eagles forward, Victor Moses has been applauded having finally gotten off the mark with his first goal for Stoke City on Saturday in the 2-2 draw against West Ham United. Moses got the opener in the 33rd minute to end his over one year drought for EPL goal.

Saluting the latest exploit of Moses is Potters’ Manager Mark Hughes who reckoned that Super Eagles ace has been a worthy addition since moving in on a season-long loan deal from Chelsea. Hughes was particularly impressed that Moses who was in the middle of a diving allegation did not allow that get to him and he did well to get his first goal for Stoke.

“Victor has done really well ever since he came to the club (on loan for the season from Chelsea over the summer) and it is good for him to get his first goal for us.” -Hughes said

Moses was not included in the 25-man roster released by Coach Stephen Keshi for the upcoming crucial Africa Cup of Nations qualifying games against Congo and South Africa
