Nigeria premier league side Warri Wolves have signed five new players including Peter Ebimobowei for the new season expected to begin in March.
The other signings are Enyimba midfielder Ayo Saka, Crown striker Onyekachi Okafor, Kufre Ebong from Akwa United and Sunshine Stars defender Solomon Kwambe.
Ebimobowei was one of the leading scorers of the past season with 18 goals.
They also plan to promote two players from their youth team.
Wolves axed 12 players and retained 23 from the past league season.
The Warri club will represent Nigeria in next year’s CAF Confederation Cup after they finished third in the league.
They have been drawn with RC Bobo Dioulasso of Burkina Faso in the preliminary round of the Confederation Cup.
