The group said besides the forthcoming cultural fiesta to be staged in solidarity for President Jonathan, the traditional title would further boost the confidence of Abuja natives to massively support the president in the 2015 presidential elections.

Coordinator of the group, Engr. Bussa Danjuma told newsmen that the group has been in constant touch with the traditional rulers in the territory with a view to perfecting the arrangement for epoch occasion.

Danjuma further stressed that both the cultural fiesta and the installation of the traditional title on Jonathan are aimed at appreciating the laudable achievements of President Jonathan’s transformation agenda in the FCT.

He affirmed that the indigenes of the territory will commence massive campaign as soon as the president declares his intention to contest the 2015 election, assuring that President Jonathan will overwhelmingly win in the nation’s capital in view of the political situation in the country.

According to him, “we the indigenes of Abuja have no gold and silver to appreciate Mr. President for the laudable things he has done through the FCT minister, Senator Bala Mohammed. The only way to say thank you is to confer on him the highest traditional title in the land. To us, this title will be more indelible than any material gift.

The coordinator called on citizens to support the continuity of the policy thrust of the present administration, noting it has improved the wellbeing of Nigerians.
