Adamawa community tasks FG, state on completion of hospital

Communities in Mayo belwa local government Area of Adamawa state have called on the federal,state governments and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) to as a matter of urgent public importance ensure the completion of the abandoned Mayo-belwa General Hospital.
The position was made at a critical stakeholders meeting held at the premises of the Hospital in Mayo-belwa at the weekend.
The community expressed concern over the failure of previous and present administrations to complete the supposed only referral centre for all the primary health care facilities in their communities.
Convener of the meeting and the Member representing Mayo-belwa constituency in the state Assembly, Hon. Ibrahim Musa Italiya stated that the importance of the General Hospital if put to use can never be over emphasised considering the teeming residents to benefit from it.
