Adamawa govt honors DIG Yahaya, Dali for recent promotions in Police

The Adamawa state government has organized a grand reception in honor of its two illustrious sons for their recent elevation to the rank of Deputy Inspector General, DIG of the Nigeria Police Force.

Those promoted are ; DIG Sahabo Abubakar Yahaya in charge of the Department of Finance and Administration and DIG Bzigu Yakubu Dali in charge of the Department of Operations,both based at the Force headquarters Abuja.

Delivering his remarks, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri congratulated the celebrants for their elevation in their chosen carrier, stressing that they got to their present position as a result of hard work, dedication and commitment to their jobs.

Represented by the Deputy Governor Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, Fintiri urged the duo to use their wealth of professionalism and experience in contributing to the security situation in the country.

Fintiri reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to building a state where future generations can take pride in emphasizing on the need for unity and collaboration among all citizens, stating that Adamawa belongs to everyone and requires collective effort for meaningful development.

Fintiri charged them to continue serving the nation diligently and assured them of the state’s continued support.
