The African Democratic Congress, (ADC), has distanced itself from an alleged document circulating online under the title “ADC National Support Groups (National Headquarters, Abuja),” describing it as fake and unauthorized.
In a statement shared via its official X handle yesterday, the party clarified that the document did not emanate from its leadership and should be disregarded by the public.
“The African Democratic Congress, ADC, wishes to inform the public that the document currently circulating under the name ‘ADC National Support Groups (National Headquarters, Abuja)’ is fake and unauthorized,” the party stated.
ADC further noted that there is no recognized structure within its national secretariat bearing the name mentioned in the document.
“There is no official structure known as ‘ADC National Support Groups’ at the National Headquarters. Members of the public are advised to disregard the document and rely only on information from ADC’s official channels,” the statement added.
The party urged its members and supporters to remain vigilant and verify information through its verified communication platforms to avoid being misled by false publications.
