Leading kit manufacturer and the Nigeria Football Federation partner, Nike, has revealed the Super Eagles’ kits for the upcoming African Cup of Nations in Cote d’Ivoire.
One design echoes Nigeria’s flag with its green-white-green theme, while the other features a white background with a touch of green.
The Super Eagles aim to secure a record fourth Nations Cup victory, launching the nationwide initiative named ‘Let’s Do It Again’ to symbolize their pursuit of another championship.
Nigeria clinched their first Nations Cup victory in 1980 as hosts, followed by another triumph in 1994 in Tunisia. The Super Eagles secured their third title in South Africa in 2013.
The 2024 African Cup of Nations, originally labeled Afcon 2023, experienced multiple postponements but is set to take place from January 13 to February 11, 2024.
The tournament will unfold across six diverse stadiums in Cote d’Ivoire, featuring Nigeria in competition against the host nation, Ivory Coast, along with Equatorial Guinea and Guinea Bissa.
