The Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation has reaffirmed its commitment to public sector excellence as it joins the inaugural International Civil Service Conference (ICSC) as a Diamond Partner.
The conference, set to begin on 25 June 2025, marks a significant milestone in Nigeria’s civil service reform journey, showcasing partnerships aimed at transforming public sector performance.
For years, the Foundation has worked alongside the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) on initiatives like the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan (FCSSIP25), digital transformation drives, and training programmes.
Its long-term goal is to develop a cadre of 3,000 skilled civil servants capable of delivering sustainable reform across Nigeria.
Executive Vice Chair, Ofovwe Aig-Imoukhuede, praised the partnership, describing it as “a reflection of our belief in the power of a world-class Civil Service to shape Africa’s future.”
As part of this year’s Civil Service Week, the Foundation also announced an expansion of the Emily Aig-Imoukhuede Endowment Fund, which now includes two new award categories with a combined ₦750,000 in prize money.
With over ₦50 million already awarded to 111 civil servants, and new digitalisation MOUs signed with ministries, the Foundation continues to play a leading role in advancing innovation and recognition in governance.
