Aisha Buhari donates food items to IDPs in Niger

Wife of the President, Hajiya Aisha Buhari has donated food items worth millions of naira to the Internal Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Shiroro and Munya Local Government Areas of Niger state.
The Director General of Niger State Emergency Management Agency (NSEMA), Ibrahim Inga who received the items yesterday at Gwada on behalf of Niger state Governor’s wife Dr Amina Abubakar Bello presented it to the two council chairmen.
He appreciated the president’s wife for the prompt intervention and kind gesture to the Internal Displaced Persons (IDPs) and grateful to the state governor as well as the wife for their continuous support to the agency in carrying out its mandates.
The items according to the Director General include; one thousand 5kilogram of rice, one thousand nylons of peak milk, one hundred and fifty cartons of macaroni and spaghetti respectively.
He said that the agency has its strategies in place for even distribution of such items with consideration for all the victims within and outside the camps.
