The candidate for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for the House of Representatives seat in 2023 general elections to represent Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), as well as Bwari Area Council Federal Constituency in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Barr. Juliet Isi Ikhayere, has pledged to provide quality representation if elected to the National Assembly.
Ikhayere made the promise while speaking to newsmen during the 10th Anniversary celebration of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Gwagwalada Branch at the Nigeria Customs Command and Staff College in Gwagwalada.
She also promised to focus on constituency projects if given the mandate, adding that the people of her Constituency would be given a sense of belonging in the society.
She said if elected into the National Assembly, she would focus on the Education, Health, ICT regulation, as well as economic empowerment.
She then pointed out that she would bring the dividends of democracy to the door steps of the people if given the opportunity.
The ADC House of Representatives candidate stressed the need for change in the society, saying that for many years now, Nigerians have been living in poverty and their hopes have been dashed.
She however said if elected, she would deem it necessary to review, and as well make laws to take care of the welfare of Nigerians.
Ikhayere assured the people of her Constituency that she will not consider religion, gender and tribe in the provision of the basic facilities to the people.
She therefore urged the people of her constituency to come out en masse in 2023 to make the necessary sacrifice to vote credible candidates.
