The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Valentine Ozigbo, has picked Lady Azuka Enemuo, as his running mate.
Enemuo was former Governor Peter Obi’s Commissioner for local government until they left office in 2014.
The PDP candidate, who introduced Enemuo during a stakeholders meeting on Thursday, said he picked her to tap from her wealth of experience.
Ozigbo, who is a Catholic, picked Enemuo, an Anglican and a grassroot mobilizer to complement his strength.
Ozigbo while unveiling her said, there was work to be done by the party before the November 6 election, to ensure victory, adding that the litigations from some members were distracting the party.
