Benue State, signed by eleven stakeholders including a former Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in the 2019 election Hon.Hingah Biem and erstwhile Sports Commissioner Uever Jonathan and made available to Peoples daily yesterday, alleged that congresses were not held but rather false returns were made purporting that certain predetermined individuals had been duly elected into the executive councils of the party at that level of the party hierarchy.
