Kebbi state Governor has directed all the 21 Local Government councils chairmen to provide all the necessary support to floods victims across the State.
Addressing journalists yesterday in his office, the Hon. Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Rt. Hon. Muhammad Hassan Shallah Gwandu said that Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu has approved the release of funds and relief materials to the affected victims.
Bagudu, further revealed that many houses and farmlands have been submerged while many lives were also lost.
He assured people that governments is working hard to ensure that people have been compensated.
