The Commandant General of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Abdullahi Gana Muhammadu has warned members of the public to be cautious of the activities of fraudsters who are posing as employers of the agency.
NSCDC in a statement issued yesterday by its spokesperson, Emmanuel Okeh said, the NSCDC boss warned that, the social media is full of obnoxious adverts on job placement announcements of the 2018 Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps recruitment exercise taking place, thereby using to deceive applicants into paying money to fraudulent accounts posted on the nets.
He alerts that, people should be conscious of these fraudulent adverts, as they are intended to cheat and swindle job seekers of their money, stressing that NSCDC is not recruiting and its process of recruitment have never been through online process.
