A gubernatorial aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Benue State, Mathias Byuan has accused Governor Samuel Ortom of under developing the State in six years of his administration.
The party chieftain who made the accusation while speaking with newsmen during the APC mega rally in Makurdi, Benue State capital on Monday, regretted that the Governor has dissipated so much time and energy blaming herdsmen for non performance.
He pointed that even Governor of Borno State, Babagana Umara Zulum who is faced with worst security challenges in the country, has developed the State.
