Benue NASS Members, appointees extol Rep. Member, Dickson

Benue State National Assembly Caucus and federal government appointees from the state has extolled the virtues of the House of Representatives Member for Makurdi/Guma Federal Constituency Hon. Dickson Tarkighir.
In particular, them described Dickson as a ‘democrat’, ‘tireless fighter for a good cause, and a firm believer in responsive government.
This was contained in a statement signed by Hon. Philip Agbese, the Spokesman of the Benue Unity Caucus, comprising of Senators, Reps and Appointees from the State to celebrate the birthday of Dickson.
The Deputy spokesman of the House of Representatives stated that Hon Tarkigir’s life is all about sacrifices, impact and benevolence, adding that his record of steadfast service, purposeful leadership and excellence is speak for itself.
They, therefore, wished him sound health and more years to continue his service to humanity.
“Today, we celebrate an illustrious son, a trailblazer and astute colleague Rt Hon. Dickson Tarkighir on the auspicious occasion of his birthday, “ the statement said.
“Some call him Mr. Solar, others know him as Mr. Employment all because of his love for service delivery. In our circle, he is known as Mr. Loyalty.
“His has had a record of steadfast service to our nation at different levels. He is a democrat, a tireless fighter for a good cause, and a firm believer in responsive government.
“His perception on good governance and democracy is different. He sees it as a system of government established for the attainment of sustainable development for the people.
“On this occasion of his birthday, we join sons and daughters of Benue State to celebrate him and his unflinching loyalty to the leadership of our great party under the trailblazing humility of Senator George Akume.
“We can only pray that God will increase him in good health to enable him to render more service to humanity, our State, and our dear country, Nigeria.
“It is our firm believe that he will continue to change hearts and minds while enacting policies and laws that ensure our nation lives up to its founding idea: that we are all created equal and deserve to be treated equally throughout our lives”, the statement read.
