The Bible Translators of the Word to the World Initiative (RC: 108918) has announced a change in the venue and time for its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for March 10, 2026.
In a supplementary public notice to members and the general public, the organisation disclosed that the meeting will now hold at 2XL Mall, Suite C1, beside Zenith Bank, 3rd Avenue, Gwarinpa, Abuja, while the time has been moved to 12:00 noon from the previously announced 10:00 a.m.
The notice clarified that the date and agenda of the meeting remain unchanged, noting that the adjustment was necessitated by circumstances affecting access to the former Secretariat.
The organisation also stated that the meeting will proceed in accordance with the Initiative’s constitution and that the absence of any person will not invalidate the proceedings.
The notice was signed by Eric Johnson Oko, Statutory Secretary, on behalf of the Founding Pioneer Members and the General Assembly.

NEW VENUE: 2XL Mall, Suite C1, Beside Zenith Bank, 3rd Avenue, Gwarinpa, Abuja.
NEW TIME: 12:00 Noon (Formerly 10:00 AM).
PLEASE NOTE:
The Date and Agenda remain unchanged.
This change is due to circumstances affecting access to the former Secretariat.
The meeting shall proceed in accordance with the Initiative’s Constitution; absence of any person shall not invalidate proceedings.
