In a remarkable show of unity and political maturity, Hajiya Rabi Salisu, Kaduna State Commissioner for Human Services and Social Development and key stakeholder of APC in Igabi Local Government Area of the State hosted a special Iftar that brought together APC, PDP, and APGA stakeholders. In attendance also were media influencers, and key government functionaries from the Local Government Council.

The event, according to attendees, was not just a gathering to break the fast but a platform where Governor Senator Uba Sani’s developmental strides received bipartisan recognition.

The presence of notable PDP and APGA stakeholders alongside APC stalwarts signified the widening acceptance of the administration’s impactful policies.

Addressing the gathering, Hajiya Rabi Salisu commended the unwavering support of Igabi’s political and community leaders for Governor Uba Sani’s vision. She urged them to remain committed to good governance, grassroots development, and social cohesion, emphasizing that collaboration across party lines is essential for sustainable progress. She said winning hearts and minds has been the democratic strategy adopted by Governor Uba Sani since he was sworn-in last year.

The event was graced by several high-profile dignitaries, including Kabiru Salisu Sambo, Vice Chairman of Igabi Local Government Area; Architect Abubakar, Managing Director of Kaduna State Development and Property Agency; Jabir Khamis, Former Chairman of Igabi Local Government Area; and Salisu Tanko Wusono, Public Relations Officer of APC Kaduna State.

Also present were prominent media influencers from Igabi, reinforcing the Governor Uba Sani’s commitment to engaging key communicators in driving awareness about government policies and programmes.

The night ended on a high note, with renewed pledges from stakeholders to support Governor Uba Sani’s administration in delivering good governance to Kaduna State.

Speaking to newsmen on the sidelines of the event, Hon Wusono urged other States in the North and the country at large to borrow a leaf from Kaduna governor’s exemplary unification strategy, from interfaith, inter-ethnic to inter-party.
