
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Monday held a high-level security meeting with the nation’s top military and intelligence leaders at the State House, Abuja, as part of ongoing efforts to address security challenges across the country.
The closed-door briefing, which has been underway for several hours, brought together the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), the Chief of Air Staff (CAS), the Inspector General of Police (IGP), and the Director General of the Department of State Services (DG DSS).
Though details of the meeting have not been disclosed, the extended session signals intensified coordination among Nigeria’s security architecture as the administration works to strengthen national security and respond to emerging threats.
