As he marks two years in office, Governor Uba Sani has unveiled a groundbreaking e-portal for the Kaduna State Development and Property Company (KSDPC), setting the tone for a smarter, faster, and more transparent real estate sector.
Launched at the KSDPC Headquarters in Kaduna, the portal — app.ksdpc.com.ng — offers residents instant access to key services including property applications, title verification, search and identification, complaints handling, and certified document issuance — all from their mobile phones, tablets, or laptops.
KSDPC Managing Director/CEO, Arc. Abubakar Rabiu Abubakar, said the portal is part of a sweeping digital reform to fix years of red tape, record mismanagement, and outdated processes. “Our assessment showed serious gaps — no real-time data, poor ICT infrastructure, and limited customer access. This portal changes everything,” he said.
Abubakar credited Governor Uba Sani for the vision, noting that the project aligns with the administration’s strong push for Ease of Doing Business and digital transformation across the state. “Kaduna now competes in the modern real estate arena,” he added.
Sanusi Lawal, Head of KSDPC’s IT Unit, gave a live demo of the platform, showcasing services like ownership change, certified true copies, and layout data access — all protected on a secure digital registry.
Also speaking, Abdul’Azeez Muhammad, General Manager, Finance & Admin, hailed the digital shift as a bold step in revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
With this launch, the Uba Sani administration continues to prove that innovation, transparency, and service delivery are not just promises — they’re policy.
