Councilorship candidate of the Action Alliance (AA) in Usuma ward, Bwari Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Ozonuwa Joyce Kelechi has assured the people of the ward of efficient and quality representation if elected in the forthcoming local government election.
She also promised to care for the people of the ward, pledging to prioritize their health and well‑being.
Presenting free eyeglasses to selected residents at a healthcare programme organized for the people of her ward, Kelechi promised adequate care for all.
Hundreds of people benefited from the free eyeglasses, which were distributed after comprehensive eye examinations.
During the medical outreach, various tests were conducted for over 200 people, and glasses were provided to those with eye defects.
Medical personnel from different health institutions on the ground examined the beneficiaries and delivered health talks on preventive care and proper eye hygiene.
The councilorship candidate, who assured the people of Usuma ward of quality representation, promised to deliver all the programmes and manifesto of the Action Alliance, including the abolition of poverty and the provision of quality healthcare services.
She emphasized that her agenda aligns with the party’s grassroots development blueprint.
Kelechi called for the support of all residents of the area, urging them to back her vision of transforming the ward into a model of inclusive governance and social service delivery.
She expressed confidence that, with community backing, her plans for health, education, and economic empowerment would materialize.
National Chairman of Action Alliance, Adekunle Rufai Omoaje, who was present at the medical outreach, solicited the support of the entire people of the ward, saying that the councilorship candidate of the party will not fail them.
