Yobe Govt. to train journalists
The Commissioner Ministry of Home affairs information and culture, Hon. Abdullahi Bego has assured the readiness of Governor Buni’s administration towards engaging with the public in an honest and respectful way.
Abdullah Bego disclosed this on Tuesday, while taking over affairs of the Ministry at the state Secretariat complex in Damaturu, Yobe state capital.
He also assured that the information sector will serve as engine-room and bridge between government and the citizens professionally to revealed and strengthen form of trust and will not resold to propaganda.
According to him, the Buni administration will also reflect and projects the progress the state, under the current economic situation in the country.
Hon. Bego urged media practitioners in the state to wake up from the misfortune of disinformation and misinformation.
He assured that the state government would also trains and retraining the media practitioners from across all the state own media organization for effective service delivery.
