Human Rights Radio, under Capacity Media Trust, has marked its third anniversary celebration with dignitaries from across Niger State.
The special event was witnessed by Niger State Deputy Governor, officials from the NDLEA, NSCDC, FRSC, local government chairmen, commissioners, lawmakers, and civil society leaders.
Speaking at the event, the founder of Capacity Media Trust Radio, Comrade Sadiq Lanre, reflected on the journey that began online in 2020 and transitioned into full radio operations at Badeggi FM in 2022.
He revealed that between July 2022 and 2025, the station received 3,162 complaints, ranging from abuse of power to estimated electricity billing issues with 2,950 of them successfully resolved.
