Cash-less Policy: Unity Bank targets 7,000 customers in 2 Months in Jigawa

The Unity Bank has yesterday lunched the cash-less banking policy in Gumel local government area of Jigawa state.
Speaking at the occasion, the regional head of Unity Bank Alhaji Mustapha Muhammad said the effort is inline with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) directives to all banks operating in Nigeria.
He explained that, the new policy was launched in Jigawa in partnership with Busy Mobile Cash-less Consultancy Company to achieved the desired targets.
According to him, introducing the new cash-less policy will help people particularly those living at remote area in doing their business.
The regional manager also said, the move will also boost the economy in the state as small-scale businesses will be supported and ease business across the state.
While making his remarks, the chief executive officer of Busy Mobile Cash-less Consultancy Company, Alhaji Aminu Amin promised to engage over 7,000 customers into the system within two months.
He assured his company’s commitments to meets the target within a stipulated period adding that nothing is impossible by his company by the grace of God.
Alhaji Amin further explained that, busy mobile Cash-less Company engaged over 1,500 orphans operating as agents across 27 local government of Jigawa state.
Also in his remarks, the Emir of Gumel Alhaji Ahmed Muhammad Sani commended the Unity Bank for choosing Gumel to lunch the programme.
He then urged the people in the state to support the programme for a better economic development of the state.
