The Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics (CIPRMP) , Ghana, has awarded and inducted two Nigeria top insurance experts: Mr. Caxton Danjuma Emmanuel (the Sardauna Babba Ninzo), and Mr. Abubakar Isa into the its 2024 Hall of Fame.
The Institute honoured Danjuma with the Award of Honourary Professional Fellowship Doctorate in Strategic Business Management & Human Capital Development in West Africa.
Similarly, Isa was recognised with award of Honourary Professional Fellowship Doctorate in Strategic Business Management & Entrepreneurship Sustainability in West Africa.
Making the presentations in Abuja, on behalf of the President, governing council and advisory board of the Institute, Dr. Olayinka Olateju explained that the Awards were presented after looking into the recipients’ delivery score card of professional and corporate performance over the years, and were adjudged credible to be inducted into the its 2024 Hall of Fame.
CIPRMP scribe noted that the awards recognised the recipients dedication, integrity, and outstanding contributions to their field and beyond.
According to him: “through high-value conferences, specialized training programs, and professional certifications, the Institute equip individuals with the tools to contribute positively to their communities and nations.
“The Institute was established in 1995 and chartered in 2005 as an international organization dedicated to promoting probity in governance, ethical business practices, and leadership excellence.
“One of our core missions is to identify and honour individuals who embody the values we hold dear. These individuals, through their dedication, integrity, and contributions, become shining examples for others to follow.
“For instance, Mr. Caxton Danjuma Emmanuel, the Group President/Chief Executive Officer of Ability Insurance Brokers and Consultants Ltd., proved himself a distinguished leader and entrepreneur and has become a shining example.”
He added that his accomplishments serve as a testament to the power of ethical leadership, responsible business practices, and a genuine desire to contribute to advancing the society.
Responding, Dr. Danjuma, who is Group President, Ability Holdings , a member of Ability Insurance, Investment and Homes, based in Abuja,whose core area of speciality is insurance and risk management, expressed a profound gratitude the Institute for such recognition, which he said would propel him to do more in the African society.
He said the recognition from the Institute, is not just for him, but for his associates, partners, the company as well as its management.
He adds:” For those that actually saw me worthy and fit for the fellowship of doctorate, it will spur me to improve on human capita management, business strategy and philanthropic work as well as Ability mentorship of younger ones, in terms of imbibing integrity, set principles and commitment to the advancement of West Africa.”
On his part, Isa, who is a director at Ability Insurance, said: “It is a great honour to receive this award, as it makes feel that what one is doing is not in vain, and anything that you can do to help humanity, you should keep doing it.
“So, it is a way of encouraging me keep doing good, and I pray for the Almighty God to me the strength to do more of that. ”
He opined that he and other Fellows should look for ways to support the Institute, in appreciation of its impact on human capita development in Africa.
