CLEEN foundation moves to ensure smooth implementation of ACJL in Jigawa

A non governmental organization popularly known as CLEEN Foundation, launched and trained Civil Society Observatory groups as actors in promotion of criminal justice in Jigawa state.
While delivering her speech during the training held at Haitel hotel Dutse, the communications and media officer of the foundation Anna White Agbo said, a strong team of Civil Society Organization and media was lunched in the state.
She maintained that, the purpose of the training is to establish an observatory team to monitor implementation of ACJL in Jigawa state.
Anna added that, the team will facilitate exchange of ideas for problem solving between the civil society observatory and criminal Justice actors for smooth implementation of ACJL.
However during the training, major stakeholders were identifies as well as the process to fully engage them for achieving the desired goals.
Some of the identified stakeholders include chief judge, commissioner of police, Correctional services, NDLEA, NSCDC, traditional and religious leaders among others.
