Dangote Group berths at Lagos Fair with rock bottom prices

The Pan-African Conglomerate, Dangote Group at berthed in a big way at the Lagos International Trade Fair which kicked off last Saturday at Tafawa Balewa square in Lagos as the subsidiaries under the Group take position to exhibit their products.

The global brand is however spicing this year’s fair with a special introduction of new products and packs from the stable of its subsidiaries to its customers and other visitors to the fair.

Chief Corporate Communication Officer Anthony Chiejina said in a statement in Lagos that the company is offering a huge discount on its products during the fair to appreciate its teeming customers and

visitors to the fair.

The statement indicated that the Dangote Group would be using the occasion of the fair to appreciate the patronage of its array of products by the customers by giving them the products at rock bottom prices.

The Group’s participation at the trade fair is part of strategies to expand market share and reach more customers.

The statement said, “Subsidiaries of the leading African Conglomerate are at the Trade Fair with intent to further consolidate on their leadership in their various sectors by adding more value to their customers through provision of wide ranging products tailored to meet the specific ever changing needs of the consumers.

“Visitors to the group pavilion at the fair would have the opportunity to buy products of these companies at reduced competitive prices.

There will also be free samples of the products for the visitors.

Companies from the group that are exhibiting at the fair include Dangote Sugar Refinery; Dangote Agrosacks, National Salt Company of Nigeria (NASCON), Dangote Cement and Dansa Foods Limited.

Products on display at the fair include; sugar, salt, tomato paste, various ranges of fruit juice products and bottled water from Dansa Foods.

Dangote Sugar is offering customers its various packs of granulated sugar at the fair while NASCON will also be leveraging on its its new seasoning even as there will be free samples for visitors at the fair to make an informed choice on which product to purchase.

Chiejina added that visitors to the group pavilion at fairs will have the opportunity of buying products of these companies at reduced prices and also get registered those who wish to become distributors saying all arrangements have been made for instant registration as a distributor at the fair.

He expressed the hope that visitors to the fair and other customers would catch in on the timing of the fair to shop and stock for the fast approaching Christmas and New year seasons.

Some Dangote subsidiaries have also mapped out arrangement to host students on some specific days. The student-visitors to the stand are given special gifts like pens, pencils, erasers and notebooks.
