Dash Microfinance Bank launches app to boost financial inclusion

Dash Microfinance Bank Limited has unveiled its digital banking platform, the Dash App, in a move aimed at expanding access to financial services and simplifying banking for Nigerians.

The bank said the initiative forms part of its broader strategy to deepen financial inclusion, particularly among individuals and small businesses underserved by conventional banking systems.

Speaking on the development, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Awofisibe Rotimi, described the launch as a major milestone in the bank’s drive to deliver customer-focused and technology-driven solutions.

He noted that the app allows users to manage their finances seamlessly from their mobile devices, offering convenience and flexibility.

“The Dash App is designed to give our customers greater control over their financial lives, enabling them to interact with the bank conveniently at any time,” Rotimi said.

He added that the bank’s focus goes beyond competition, stressing that its priority is to address practical financial challenges faced by Nigerians.

“Our goal is not simply to compete with existing institutions, but to solve real-life problems experienced by Nigerians. We are building a platform that makes banking easier and more intuitive,” he said.

Rotimi further assured customers of the bank’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, noting that the institution would keep enhancing its services to meet evolving needs.

The bank urged Nigerians to download the app, which is now available on both iOS and Android platforms, to enjoy a more user-friendly banking experience.
