DPP felicitates with Ovie of Uvwie on 10th anniversary on throne

The Democratic Peoples Party DPP, Delta State chapter has felicitated with the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Emmanuel Sideso on the 10th anniversary of his ascension to the ancient throne.
In a press statement made available to newsmen in Asaba and signed by the state Chairman of the DPP, Mr. Okpegwa Ejiroghene Abel, the party said Uvwie has remained peaceful and investor-friendly since His Majesty ascended the ancient throne of his forefathers ten years ago.
“On behalf of the members of the Democratic Peoples Party (DPP) we wish to felicitate with the Ovie of Uvwie and the good people of Uvwie kingdom on the 10th year coronation Anniversary of Ovie. Your majesty, because your reign has brought good fortune in Uvwie kingdom, it is almost unbelievable that you are ten years on the throne. You have impacted so much on Uvwie people and the whole of Delta State and Nigeria as you have brought uncommon zest and creativity to the throne by ensuring unity among various kingdoms”.
The party said the monarch did not only bring peace and tranquility to the domain but have also encouraged togetherness and unity of purpose at both state and national levels, saying the traditional ruler has shown that with tolerant Nigerians can live together peacefully as a people bonded with common destiny.
