Dr Aliyu mourns former minister of state for health, Arc. Gabriel Aduku

The Zinariyan of Lokoja, Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu has mourned the death of former Minister of State for Health, Arc. Gabriel Yakubu Aduku.

Late Arc. Aduku was also the former Chairman of Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF).

Dr Aliyu described him as a rare gem, adding that in his lifetime, he rose to great heights.

She said the death of the former minister who was also has created a vacuum and prayed for God to strengthen the family.

She said, “I am deeply saddened to hear about the news of the passing of an illustrious Igala son from Kogi State, a national treasure and an epitome worthy of emulation; Arc Gabriel Yakubu Aduku.

“Arc Aduku who was a former Minister of State for Health, lived a life of impact, breaking political boundaries in the north to become one of the finest administrators from Kogi State. He was a rare gem.

“His exit is an agonising loss, as I know that he will be greatly missed by all. His demise has created a vacuum.

“I extend my heartfelt condolences and support to his family in this trying time, and I pray that the Almighty gives them the fortitude to bear this great loss.”
