Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago has congratulated Muslim Faithful world over on the successful completion of this year’s Ramadan fast and the Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
The Governor, in a statement, sign by his Chief Press Secretary Bologi Ibrahim, urged Muslims to remain steadfast in the worship of Allah and to follow the teachings of the Quran and the Hadith.
He observed that the Eid-el-Fitr celebration is a period of love, tolerance, and goodwill to one another while he urged the Muslim ummah to continue in their prayers for enduring peace in the State and the Nation.
Governor Umaru Bago tasked Muslims to continue to uphold piety, patience, tolerance, perseverance, humility and self-denial which were observed vigorously during the Holy month beyond the period, for a better society.
