Former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and member of the defunct Bola Ahmed Tinubu Presidential Campaign Honourable Babangida Nguroje has urged Muslims in Nigeria and across the globe to reflect on the virtues of Prophet Muhammed (SAW) during this year’s Eid-El-Maulud.
In a message in Abuja to commemorate the birthday of Prophet, the former Deputy Speaker praised the uprightness and selfless service of Prophet and urged all Muslim faithful to emulate him.
He stressed that the reflecting on the virtues of prophet Muhammad and his teachings are the true qualities of Islam, adding that the compassion he exhibited during his life and times should be exemplified in the daily lives of those who believe in him.
He used the opportunity and called on all people of different works of life to support the current leadership,pray for it and conduct themselves in patriotic towards ensuring that Nigeria navigates through the hard times .
He expressed confidence that Nigeria will come out of it’s current situation and create a better future for the next generations.
Honourable Nguroje urged the citizens to continue to be steadfast , focused and exhibit commitment in contributing to the overall turn around of Nigeria .
He maintained that the teachings of the Prophet should always serve as guide in there daily activities .
He urged the Muslim faithful ok Nigeria and the world to be good ambassadors at all times .
