Emir of Lafia urged women to be vanguard of development

Emir of Lafia and Chairman traditional council of Chiefs, Nasarawa State, Retired justice Sidi Bage has stressed the need for women in the State to always contribute their quota to the development of their respective homes and the society at large.
The Royal father made the assertion Saturday during the turbaning ceremony of the wife of the state Accountant General Mrs. Joviah Yakubu Zakka as the Sarauniyan Matan Mada Nasarawa by the Lafia Emirate Council.
Rtd Justice Bage maintained that the position bestowed on Mrs. Joviah Zakka was based on her immense contributions to humanity as well as implored her to continue with the gesture in uniting women around her for the overall development of the state.
