Enugu Rangers to retire late George’s Jersey number 15 for next season

Rangers International has announced that they will retire the jersey number 15 worn by late Ifeanyi George ahead of next season.
The Flying Antelope made the announcement on their Twitter handle on Thursday.
“In honour of the services rendered by the late Ifeanyi George, the management has decided to retire his Jersey number 15 for next season.”
Also, a few days ago the management of Rangers announced that they will present the Insurance benefit Cheque to the family of George on July 21, 2020 in Enugu.
George, alongside two other persons were killed in a car crash in Abudu, along Benin-Agbor road whilst travelling to Lagos on a Sunday morning in March.
They were returning to Lagos from Enugu following a break in the Nigeria league due to the coronavirus pandemic.
