“We commend the leadership of AMAC under the leadership of the Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu Candido, for the prompt intervention into the hitherto contentious issue of sole vendor from AMAC.
That “Holmes Multi-Media Synergy Limited was never engaged as a vendor but a consultant and they therefore apologize for not introducing Holmes to the Association as a Consultant.
He should suspend his activities, withdraw his demand notices and apologize to the public and Association for now.”
“Meanwhile all issuance of certificate of fumigation, Registration of Pest control firms and other regulatory activities of Pest and vector control in accordance with the provisions of AMAC pest control Bye-Law should continue in AMAC Annex office Pest control unit, Gwarinpa Estate.”

“Recall the earlier meeting with you by our association represented by our chairman and vice chairman on Thursday 8th of August, 2019, in which your attention was drawn to some fraudulent activities been carried out by an organization, issuing demand notices on fumigation activities within the municipal council, which you promised that thorough investigation will be carried out and we would be informed of the outcome..”
“We wonder why AMAC will appoint an organization as a sole vendor for fumigation and pest control operations within the municipal area having registered hundreds of certified professional businesses in this regard, in accordance with section 6,a,b and c of the AMAC Pest Control Bye-Law No. 22, 2012, which the businesses fully adhere to. “ The letter read in parts.
