Nigerians has been advised to maintain a healthy body, sound mind and effective financial management tips so as to fulfil their life’s assignments and live a comfortable life.
Speaking during a seminar organised in Abuja titled Body, Mind and Money in Abuja, the CEO of Crownbrooks Resources, Victoria Nwuche and Ime Ennang, organisers of the seminar identified healthy body, healthy mind and good financial management tips as the secret of wellneing and happiness in life.
Addressing participants on the need to ensure a healthy mind, a renowned psychologist and life coach, Enitan Oyenuga urged participants not to underestimate the power of the mind and ensure that their minds stays healthy at all times.
Also speaking on the health of the body, a medical expert Dr. Fummi Umunna enlightened the participants on the current major trends in health and lifestyles as well as common causes of death in the country. She listed malaria, HIV/AIDS, stroke, diarrhea and diabetes as some diseases that cause death in the country.
Speaking on ten financial tips, a finance and investment expert, Mrs. Nimi Akinkugbe urged participants to set smart financial goals and ensure that they save for the rainy day.
